Important Ordering Information
Welcome to the Olney Fastpitch Apparel Website!
This site is intended for both our OBGC house and Olney Cougars families. It has been designed so that our families may place orders for Olney Fastpitch apparel.
Several important notes about ordering:
- Apparel payments may be made by credit card (via PayPal) only. We discontinued paying by check in order to help improve the efficiency of the process.
- All prices reflect the cost of the item and processing (i.e., cost of maintain the site, processing payments). Any excess will be used for the direct benefit of OBGC’s fastpitch softball programs.
- All apparel orders must be placed by February 10. This is so we can provide our vendor with the necessary information for production. Production time is expected to be 3-4 weeks but please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
- Any order received after February 10 will be included in the next order date. Our last apparel order date for the season will be March 31.
- Some items may be backordered. If there is a delay in delivery, we will contact you and give you the option of continuing or cancelling your order.
- When personalizing a shirt or hoody, add the item to your cart. You can add the name and number in the space provided at checkout.
